UNION is the go-to gastro destination for foodies, romantics, families and deal-makers.

Pull up a leather-buttoned stool at The Long Bar for cocktails, snacks and bar dining, or settle into a comfy velvet chair in the dining room for buttery-soft steaks, fresh fish and seafood, classic entrees and vegan options.

Our food is classical with a twist, and always rooted in showcasing the finest flavours.

We also have a shaded outside terrace with breezy waterfront vistas; perfect for dining under the Caribbean stars.

BOOKING TERMS & DEPOSITS

Please note that a booking deposit of $200 ise required for bookings of 6 or more persons on one table. If you book through OpenTable we'll call you to take the deposit. If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours ahead of your reservation time/date, we will refund you in full. Otherwise your deposit is non-refundable if you do not call to cancel. The same applies if you do not show for your reservation time/date. We operate a 15 minute grace period for reservation times, after which we may offer your table to other guests. Please let us know if you are running late.
