BOOKING TERMS

1. Reserved tables will be given away if guests are more than 15 minutes late for their allocated booking time, with the exception of larger parties over 8 guests.

2. Masterclass bookings must be made in advance (no walk-ins allowed) and need to be paid for in full to guarantee a booking. A full refund will only be given if a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the booking time/day.

3. Table bookings for more that 10 guests will be required to pay a CI$100 deposit which is non-refundable if the table is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time/date. The deposit will be fully refunded if the table is cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking time/date. The deposit will only be deducted from the table's final check if more than 50% of the guests arrive for the allocated booking time/date, otherwise no deuction will be made.
